Erlanger
​At Erlanger, I developed a marketing plan for a new behavioral health service to reach a rural audience often burdened with adverse mental health stereotypes. I dedicated myself to gathering data, designing impactful billboards, and crafting compelling radio scripts that would resonate with this community.
Central to my approach was the phrase "more than you think," connected with four different power words: stronger and braver, more valued, and smarter. This strategy proved successful. Over the past six months, we've significantly increased monthly appointments from 60 to over 130.
Baylor Scott and White
While employed at Baylor Scott and White Health, I was asked to develop social media content for McLane Children's Hospital. The current content had become stale, and engagement from our followers needed to be more profound. Creating content for this page was a unique challenge because the followers were primarily parents of children staying in the hospital. The question was who Baylor Scott and White wanted to engage with the most. To meet this challenge, we came up with Hero Days.
We would invite community members to dress up as cartoon characters, including Batman, Superman, and others, to visit the children. We would take pictures and post regularly on the visit. We also used the hospital therapy pet to deliver valentines, dress up for Halloween, and deliver cards for Christmas. The result of this strategy was a success. The content became engaging, and the number of followers of McLane Children's Hospital doubled.
Mosiac
During my role as Community Relations Officer at Mosaic, my primary focus was cultivating community relationships and advancing educational opportunities for disabled adults.
Each year, Mosaic hosted a fundraiser aimed at strengthening the bond between supporting disabled adults and the local community. I dedicated myself to fostering this mission through fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts, leveraging my skills to establish meaningful connections.

As a result of these efforts, I successfully raised over $17,000 in my first year at Mosaic, contributing to the organization's ongoing growth and impact in the community.
EnableUtah
During my tenure at EnableUtah, I took charge of their annual concert, which had been experiencing declining attendance. By implementing a rebranding strategy named Boots to the Ground, I revitalized the event.

Initially, I approached the concert from the perspective of a guest, aiming to better understand the community and audience.
​
Firstly, I established rigorous performer standards, seeking artists with at least one current hit on radio charts, over 500,000 Spotify followers, a robust social media presence, and current relevance in country music. Additionally, I orchestrated walking during event parades to announce the concert, created impactful radio advertisements, and collaborated with local businesses for promotional support.
Secondly, I focused on enhancing the guest experience with faster ticket lines, providing onsite food options, ensuring exclusive sponsor entrances and parking, and recruiting volunteers to streamline operations and manage sponsorships efficiently.
Thanks to these efforts, I successfully rebranded the concert. Attendance surged from 100 guests in 2013 to 1,200 and then to 2,500 by 2016. The concert evolved into a premier sponsorship opportunity, culminating in a record-breaking $65,000 in sponsorships in 2017.
